2” king pin equivalent to IS : 6763 Part I provided With Rubbing plate and counter plate.

10.00 x 20 - 16 PR. MAKE-JK/CEAT/APOLLO/MICHELIN/CONTINENTAL.
Painting:
One coat of primer and one coat of finish PU paint with color of customer choice.
Surface Preparation:
Surface shall be cleaned by shot blasting followed by painting which confirms ASTM B117.2011.
Other Fitments:
Fitments such SUPD, RUPD, TOOL BOX, reflectors on both sides and rear shall be provided as per CMVR.
Suspension:
13T/15T/16T/18T capacity leaf spring suspension with load equalizing brackets. MAKE-YORK/JOST/BPW/FUWA/AAT.
Axles:
13T/16T/18T Axle Shall be provided with front lifting axle arrangement (optional). MAKE-YORK/JOST/BPW/FUWA/AL/TATA.
Electrical:
24 V DC electrical include tail lamp, brake lamp and direction indicator lamps fitted at rear end of trailer. Side Marker lamps shall be provided on both sides.
Brakes:
Wabco twin line ABS air brake system coupled to tractor brake system. Trailer brakes are actuated from tractor. T24 brake chamber shall be provided on all axles.
Parking brake shall be pneumatically actuated.
Chassis:
All steel welded construction. 2 nos Main longitudinal members are high strength, lighter weight, Parallel flange beam of IS-2062 (or) Equivalent grade steel running along full length of the trailer. Cross members - Rolled or Folded of material IS -2062/ST-52 are positioned at suitable locations.
